Cancellation Policy There is US $50 Charges for all toppers and/or pillows that are cancelled before they ship. After the toppers and/or pillows have shipped and have not been delivered, there is US $50 Charges, there is a charge for the return shipping costs. We will not accept a cancellation of toppers and/or pillows after they have been delivered to the customer. For regular mattress sets, we charge a $100.00 cancellation fee if the order is cancelled before it ships. If the order is cancelled after it ships and it has not been delivered, we charge a $150.00 cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. We will not accept a cancellation of mattress orders after they have been delivered to the customer. For adjustable mattress sets, we charge a $150.00 cancellation fee if the order is cancelled before it ships. If the order is cancelled after it ships and it has not been delivered, we charge a $200.00 cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. We will not accept a cancellation of adjustable mattress orders after they have been delivered to the customer. We will not accept cancellations of any special sized or special ordered products.
