FREE SHIPPING Deliveries default to “inside the closest dry door” unless written instructions accompany order.
FREE SHIPPING Deliveries are made with one driver. The consumer must provide someone able to assist
removing the mattress product from the truck and assist in moving the mattress product into the closest dry door.
In FREE SHIPPING Deliveries the product will be delivered inside the closet dry door. Please note the outside of the boxes may be dirty. The consumer must provide an area “inside the closest dry door” that is clear for placing the boxes. The carrier will not be liable for any damages caused to the consumer’s home.
Damaged Product Information
If a product arrives damaged, customer needs to refuse the shipment and write “product damaged” on the delivery receipt.
Email Customer Service and inform us what has happened. We will contact the shipping company and take care of the damaged product(s). After the damaged product has been shipped back to us, we will immediately start processing another order and get it to you as quick as possible.
There may be times, when the box is damaged, but the product is not damaged. Please inspect the product carefully and if you feel confident that the product is okay, you may accept delivery of the product. However, in this instance, you need to write “box damaged, possible damage to product” on the delivery receipt and you may accept the product.
There may also be times, that one piece of your shipment is damaged and the others are okay. You may accept the undamaged pieces and refuse the damaged piece. On the delivery receipt, you would need to write which pieces you are refusing due to damage. Email Customer Service and inform us what has happened. We will contact the shipping company and take care of the damaged product(s). After the damaged product has been shipped back to us, we will immediately start processing another order and get it to you as quick as possible.
If you accept any product that has damage and you sign the delivery receipt, you have released the carrier from any liability. Signing the delivery receipt means that you have accepted the product in good condition.
